Why did we build this?
We listed our own wedding business on The Knot and got tired of paying exorbitant prices for leads that felt fake, went nowhere, or did nothing for our business. We built InviteQR Venues to offer the experience we wanted: a fair monthly price, transparent listings, direct inquiries, and no pressure to pay more just to be seen.
Is the first year really free?
Yes. We are still growing traffic, and we do not think venues should pay while we prove the directory can send them meaningful business. Your first 12 months cost $0. Stripe collects a payment method when you activate, but you are not charged until the free year ends. After that, your listing renews at the monthly or annual rate you selected. You can cancel anytime before renewal.
How long does setup take?
About one minute when you import an existing profile from The Knot, WeddingWire, or Zola. Starting from scratch takes about ten minutes.
Do I have to publish my prices?
Yes. A real price range is required for every venue. It helps couples understand fit before they inquire, which makes every introduction more useful.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing remains live through the end of the current billing period and is then removed. There is no long-term contract.
